Hey Lady. It's been awhile. I frequented you many times when we were both in NYC. We had a mutual friend Maurenn Behan. Then I moved to Northenr Michigan and brougt friends to see you at Blissfest. It was an amazing show you performed though I wish the audience was a wider group. I am in Wisconsin often. I see you are still there. Will you ever come back to Michigan or must I come to WI?! Hope you are well. Blessings.

Dorothy! miss seeing and hearing you! come to the Bay Area - I'll try to find a venue/gigs if you want! Also what's your Facebook url - I want to be a fan and keep up to sate on all your latest! FB is lame in many ways but it's like a village common where you hear about so many things and share them with your friends easily, keep track of events like seeing Dot Scott all in one place etc. Thought of you today on Joey R's said RIP anniversary. Remember the time we all hung out? What a doll and a big fan of yours. xoxo Susan

You won't remember me but I was friends with Jeffery back in 1978-84 or so when life swallowed us up and we lost contact.
You are wonderful. I wish that you'd been around more back then but I'm happy to discover your sounds.
If you would give Jeffery my e-mail adsress I'd be so happy. We had some outrageous times in Concord, Boston, Provincetown and at my alma mater, the New Hampton School where he'd swoop into town with his little sports car (MG or Triumph) and grab up all the girls.
Regards, Dorothy!

Hello Dorothy,
You may not remember me. I'm the librarian in Hyde Park NY and you played here, oh, 4 or 5 yrs ago now. I've become a big fan and would love to host you again some time when you're back in the area (visiting DJ perhaps). BTW, I don't know how you feel about comparisons but some of your material reminds me a bit of Grace Slick at her most experimental. Not as much volume or vibrato, but something in the phrasing. (I'm a fan of you both, so I hope that's a compliment).

Dorothy, I came home from a Marty Stewart solo show in Minneapolis (great playing!) and just before I went to bed, I spun the TV dial and found your little PBS show and was absolutely rivited. I taped it and watching the second time today and your songs and performance brought tears of joy to my eyes! I'm absolutely buying at least one recording and will be looking for you in Wisconsin (or MN?).

30 minute music hour last nite: my first thought: who ARE you? In a good way, the way you took time to actually TUNE your guitar was proof that you cared about what was about to come out: SOUL. It is obvious when someone has both passion AND talent. Not just guitar or vocals, but both. And your keyboards made me think of George Winston-like mood. Again, a musical trip that drew me into your world. Keep it up, you have got IT.

Hello..just wanted to drop a line and let you know how much I enjoyed your program at Martin park a few weeks ago. I just loved your set. The rest of the group was wonderful..but you stood out among the others! Your music hit my soul...I bought a CD and have played it over and over again. We came with a large group from the marina in Sturgeon Bay...what a great surprise that Door County has talent like you! We did not expect this from Sturgeon Bay!!!! Because of you..we are making sure that we make another trip to the area next year! Will you be playing there again..and when?

Hello
By way of explanation for an unsolicited comment: I have just joined Facebook. I know, that's hardly of any interest. I must be one of the last people on earth to do so. In selecting a profile photograph, I came upon one I rather like featuring your good friend Denise and I at a restaurant called Wishbone in Chicago. You will remember that you flew in for a "surprise" performance at the request of Vicky Vasconcellos.
I still have the cd you kindly signed for my partner, Jude and I and I do enjoy listening to your music.
At the risk of presuming on our very, very brief acquaintance, how are you and how are things? We visited New York last April to celebrate Jude's 50 years and had a fabulous time staying in the East Village, off Houston.
I don't suppose you are performing anywhere on the West Side (of USA!)this year. We are meeting our friends for a trip to Vegas and San Francisco in May.
Salutations, anyway!

Dear Dorothy,
I recently saw you at the Door Community Auditorium in Door County Wisconsin.
I am awed with your music!
You truly are amazing! I recently was diagnosed with a horrible disease and it was recommended that I come to the concert with friends and family. You have a certain quality of forgivness and healing with your music. You remind me of an angel that has not yet stepped into the heavens but are here to spread love and peace.
Thank you for the concert it is something that I will hold dear to me forever and beyond.
